Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Great, responsive and helpful customer service. They were proactive in providing help and advice when I was unsure about a savings product I opened. They actually phoned me to check my online action and then helped me correct my choice to what I wanted. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Why wouldn't you bank with Atom?

Was a bit trepidatious about having just an online bank. Have found the experience easy and transparent to date. The interest rate is above inflation which is quite an achievement and the user experience with the app has been very straightforward Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Amazing App so user friendly

I have had a couple of savings accounts with Atom both have had good rates of interest. The best thing though is the ease of using the App. It us by far the most user friendly App I have come across and so easy to use .They keep me informed of everything regarding my account , I cannot fault their service so far .
