Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

I’ve been saving with atom for several years now, the variety of products, interest rates and ease of using the app are always a stand out to me. Although I haven't had to contact customer services...

Although I haven't had to contact customer services since opening my accounts the app has kept me upto date with any updates including changes in the rates. The app is informative and easy to manoeuvre around. I would and have recommended this bank to several family and friends. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Excellent bank with competitive products

Opening my initial fixed bond account was very easy and once it matured it was even easier to open another as they already had my details.
