Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Atom is an excellent Company. Not just that it is local to where I live but I find the company great to deal with. Great interest rates and excellent customer service when needed. I would recommend Atom Bank Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Easy to open account. Website easy to navigate and find different accounts. Help is always available on web and by phone. Information given quickly when accounts are about to mature leaving you time to consider different deals. Money is moved quickly between accounts. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
