Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

A very customer friendly App - very easy to use

The App is very easy to use and I can always find the information I need. Having only needed to speak to customer service a couple of times I found your representatives to be polite, knowledgeable and very helpful with no long wait on the phone either which is great.
