Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Atom is my favourite.

I have use Atom for years. Many accounts set up easily on the app. Communication is first class, I always feel my money is safe. When an account comes to an end payment is always prompt. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

So far so good!

My experiences with Atom have been very good up to now. I signed up to their fixed saver, which was a very easy process, as was transferring funds. The account matures later this year and I've no reason to expect anything other than it going smoothly. I also have an instant saver reward account with Atom, which again has been straightforward. Excellent rates of interest on both accounts, clear and concise information on Atom's website helped with making decisions, and customer service has been good when I've had to contact the team to check on something or to make sure I've understood it correctly. Excellent online savings

Atom Bank offers a great home for your savings. Simple, easy, online account management and healthy growth (so far). Great app interface and easy to navigate. Language is straightforward and the brand is fresh. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
