Clean and efficient Atom has multiple products available dependent on your goals and the App interface is very clean and simple to use. Reviewed on: 16th June 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Really loved using atom’s user-friendly app, it makes it so easy to save your money and earn a high interest rate on it. I put my money into a 2 year fixed saver and that’s now led me to have a whole month of my usual budgeted expenses using the interest I earned! It’s amazing! Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Excellent customer service

I find the Atom app user-friendly, easy to access and navigate. The products are clearly presented and structured. I also had a great customer experience when I could not access my Atom account.
