This is my first year with Avanti and thankfully I haven't needed to contact them with any problems but from my first phone call for my quote they were extremely pleasant and helpful. I will certainly go back to them. Reviewed on: 20th September 2017

Trouble free insurance

I phone for a quote and a very helpful young man gave me all the information I required. He was very efficient and communicative. So I decided to go with Avanti. I hope I do not have to use it but it's always safer to have. Holiday starts 9th October. Reviewed on: 20th September 2017

Superb Customer Service

My husband and I took out an annual policy this year. We spoke for a long time to the friendly and helpful adviser until we were happy that we had the right policy. We didn't feel rushed or pressurised. Last year I made a claim and it was dealt with very quickly without any delays. Reviewed on: 20th September 2017
