Superb Customer Service

My husband and I took out an annual policy this year. We spoke for a long time to the friendly and helpful adviser until we were happy that we had the right policy. We didn't feel rushed or pressurised. Last year I made a claim and it was dealt with very quickly without any delays. Reviewed on: 20th September 2017

I was treated with the utmost courtesy by the young man who dealt with the arrangements for my insurance. Also the premium was considerably less than others I had been quoted for. It is not easy obtaining insurance when 80, but no problem with Avanti. Reviewed on: 20th September 2017

Great holiday insurance cover

Had bad experience whilst on holiday all our money and cards taken by pickpocket ,but we were reembursed without hassle and within a short period of time so would certainly be looking to reinsure when our Insurance is due for renewal Reviewed on: 20th September 2017

My wife and I have a list of per existing medical conditions and are not getting any younger. Obtaining cover for our extended visits to the USA is an increasing concern. Avanti take it all in their stride with a very friendly snd understanding approach. Reviewed on: 20th September 2017
