Following 2020 'Covid Year' it is now so important for me to make sure that I have total adequate travel insurance, covering such standard items as Avanti's "Superior Covid-19 Cover" and the option to take out their "European FCDO Travel Advice Extension". My 2 month baby was rushed to A&E in Spain. The reception wouldn’t allocate a doctor until I had arranged everything with my insurance provider. I was pretty angry, frustrated and tired (02:30 am) I found the contact details for 24hr emergency with Avanti Insurance. They answered immediately and was so reassuring on the phone. They sent an email straight away to the hospital and handled everything, the reception were able to allocate a doctor and my son was seen to. They even called me to check everything was ok. I would recommend Avanti to anyone as they were just the perfect provider when in crisis. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021

Feel really relaxed when travelling as covered for covid and all travel requirements are taken care of. As I have a holiday home I travel a lot during the year, feel safe in Avanti’ s hands. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2021
