The person at the point of call was very helpful and helped me through the process as I have medical issues to work with. it was all explained and sorted a step at a time. i was very satisfied and enjoyed a superb 3 month travel to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand with peace of mind. In these days of uncertainty due to Covid19, the policy was explained and all my questions answered. Very helpful staff, no problem in giving a recommendation. So far l have been lucky & have not needed to use the policy. Reviewed on: 18th September 2021

Even with only one existing medial condition between my wife and I many insurers either declined to give us a quote or came up with such a high amount that it was hardly worth going on holiday abroad anymore. Avanti were easy to deal with and came with a quote that offered excellent cover at a reasonable price. Reviewed on: 18th September 2021
