Terrible Company

DIABOLICAL

Getting money from pension

Everything has been fine until I tried to get money from my fund. Website is excellent and easy to understand but as soon as I wanted money out I was met with numerous obstacles. Finally the appropriate forms were sent and filled in immediately. Surprise, surprise, the date came but the required money was not paid into my account. The reason? They had not received my forms! After reading other reviews, it sounds as though the Post Office take delight in losing forms meant for Aviva as well as those sent by them! Soooooo annoying! Reviewed on: 1st February 2018

shockingly bad customer service

Trying to take my pension as a lump sum found Aviva incredibly unhelpful. At best they were totally inefficient. Had to make numerous long phone calls just to get necessary forms. Frequently told forms would be sent but no forms received. Will not be dealing with Aviva again in any capacity Reviewed on: 16th November 2017

Dire

Average wait on calls is over 30 minutes. Emails not answered .if you have your money with these clowns remove asap . Government should look into Aviva and fine them heavily for the current performance. Be warned Reviewed on: 9th October 2017

Great customer care

The best part of aviva is their customer service teams. They are on the ball and friendly and would go out of their way to help you sort out your money problems. Their products are fairly average, but I'm sticking right where I am simply because of the wonderful service I received. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017
