Nice company but not competetive

Nice and easy to use. Customer service swift and efficient. Shame that rates offered were a lot higher than what other competitors had to offer so my loan was settled quickly and finances sourced elsewhere at 1/2 the APR Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

Easy, seamless, efficient

We needed some extra funds for our wedding and within less than an hour I was able to understand what I would be eligible for first before applying and the application was straight forward and fuss free. I knew within the hour that my application had been accepted and I would be receiving the funds shortly afterwards. The communication was excellent, keeping me informed of the progress of my application by both email and text. I had recently bought my first property, and of course, things immediately started breaking! Having just obtained a mortgage, having limited credit history previously and being unsure of how to go about getting credit to make repairs to the property I had just committed 30 years of my life to, I had a look online to see what options I had. Bamboo had great reviews, and offered a check before you apply service to protect your credit score. I completed this and received a "liklihood of acceptance". I applied online and was accepted! The process was easy and took about 15 mins total. I received the money in my bank account the following day. Fast, simple, stress free. Exactly what is needed in such a stressful time.
