I was going through some temporary difficulties during covid & bamboo loans were helpful with the application process & there was plenty information on the website, kept in touch each time when loan is due, or if have any changes in circumstances, to let them know in advance, there communication channels is easy to approach. I have already mentioned the firm to friends & colleagues. I would definitely use again in future if need a personal loan for emergency & would recommend. Reviewed on: 26th March 2022
