I only required a small amount to begin with but an unexpected incident required a little more. The adjustment was very quick to implement, with reasonable rates and all laid out in front of you so you could make the decision without fear of rushing into anything. I have had a few months over a 2 year period where I have been unable to pay due to unforeseen circumstances. The customer service I have received I cannot fault I have explained the reason to them I haven't felt judge I haven't been pushed to tell more than was needed and arrangements have been made that work for me and my family.
