The staff are excellent.

The staff are excellent and have always been supportive. I have only spoken to them a handful of times as most interaction takes place via their portal service but they offer clear and concise information and always seem to be understanding around delays in payment due to banking issues etc. many loan providers can come across as commission focused and out for the money from the moment there's a delay but the staff at Bamboo always seem to follow a high service standard and contact you to discuss your needs.
