The money borrowed was within my budget, the process was very easy and proffessinal, I presented the required documents, to recive my loan. Overall easy to navigate and recive the acquired monies direct into my personal bank account. Registering my account was easy and this let's me summarise and view transactions a out my loan 24-7. The application process with bamboo was quick and straightforward. Once approved the terms were clearly stated and was offered a very competitive rate based on my circumstances. Once I was happy with the terms and signed the agreement the money was in my account in a matter of minutes. A few months ago I had a minor change of circumstances, I phoned bamboo the customer service agent was very helpful, asked the right questioned and offered a very good short-term solution to help me get back on my feet. The best thing about Bamboo Loans is that the information presented is always easy to understand and follow, and the whole loan process is streamlined. At no times did I feel like I don’t know what or how things will happen. Their online platform is easy to use as well. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023
