So simple!

I needed to consolidate 2 credit cards where the fixed rate offer had ended. I didn't want another credit card because I didn't want the faf. This was so simple, quick and painless. Contracts were easy to understand and easy to sign. All done in less than an hour. So far I haven't needed customer services as most faqs seem to be accessible via my account, including a settlement figure should I wish to pay it off early.
