The App and access to Customer Service make my life so much easier

As a parent and small business owner I have to keep track of a lot of transactions, whether they're payments for childcare, school trips and petrol or from clients. I find their app - particularly the break-down of pending transactions and ability to direct call customer services - incredibly useful. Reviewed on: 9th December 2018

Barclays the great

Barclays gave me a bank account in the 80's when no one would and they have been getting better and better ever since fast forward too today I use mobile banking which keeps getting better year on year thanks Barclays Reviewed on: 9th December 2018

Always improving

I have been with Barclays for more years than I like to remember and they are always improving. I am no technophobe but the Barclays ap and online banking is easy to use and so convenient with my bank account at my fingertips 24 hours a day. If on the rare occasions I have to speak to them, no problem. The blue awards account, money for nothing, is great and soon builds up, finally I have seen the ads. for switching bank accounts, so go ahead switch TO not FROM Barclays.
