Bath Building Society Lifetime ISA

I joined Bath Building Society to take advantage of the very competitive Lifetime ISA. Easy to sign up but took a little while for the account to be opened. When contacting customer service, the representative was very helpful and resolved my query in a timely and friendly manner. The only slight negative is that transferring money to the account is a bit awkward as BBS piggyback off another bank. Overall, I am happy with my experience so far. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024

Excellent rates, knowledgable and helpful staff

Always kind, good interest rates, keep us informed. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Respond quickly to emails and requests for transfers between accounts. Very efficient. I have accounts in various places, but BBS is my preferred provider. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024

Always there for you in person.

One of the few places where a human being answers the telephone straight away and they are always so helpful. Go and see them and they not only talk to you but on recent visit actually sorted out my mobile phone ap for me. Rates are always competitive. Good old fashioned service along with modern technology, so rare these days. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024
