The staff are helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Replies to emails promptly and answers calls promptly which is a rarity nowadays. My remortgage was a complex one and when I was having slight issues with the solicitor they helped me with the follow ups which I really appreciated. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
