Jamie from Better has been very professional from the beginning of the process. He was patient in listening to my requirements and then went away to identify the most suitable deal for me. He came back with recommendations very quickly and explained to me in simple terms the pros and cons. I felt very comfortable with the way he engaged all the way to end of the process.
