Helping us complete our family home

We have a complex build in that our property is grade 2 star listed and has a thatched roof, we struggled to find anyone who would give us a mortgage but Beverly did and they have been brilliant. Customer service is great and there is always someone at the end of the phone to guide you if you need it ! Hope to stay with them when we switch to a standard mortgage providing the rates are competitive Reviewed on: 30th November 2023

Good supportive service

I was after a remortgage to make an extension on my property and was declined by most lenders since I had purchased the freehold under my name which I thought was the right thing to do! Beverly offered me a built-in mortgage which was very helpful and they did released the funds in two lump sum with the bigger sum first so I can pay the contractor to start the project. Austin from Bevery who was in charge of my application was very helpful and I’m very pleased with the overall service. They even gave me a discounted rate at the end when my residential property was completed. Reviewed on: 28th November 2023

Beverley Building Society market leaders

As an existing customer, we approached Beverley Building Society about renewing our mortgage as its term was ending. Again for the second time we cannot fault the service and attention to our individual needs from start to finish. Jacob kept us informed from start to finish. Re-mortage

The BBS has provided us with excellent service. Other provides adopt a rigid approach to issuing a mortgage, but the Beverly considered a bespoke approach, recognising our particular financial circumstances and providing a much better product than any of the Main Street alternatives. Your Never to Old

I was most impressed with the societies view to offer older people mortgages. our process was not plain sailing but they managed to keep the offer open and we are very pleased with the way they have operatedand kept us informed Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE
