There when I need them

The last year has been so testing for everyone even people who think they were steady with their finances have been challenged. Boom credit union has been there for me when I didn’t really know where to turn. They helped in a fair and supportive way and didn’t make me feel like a financial failure . Big loans companies that I’d turned to before exploited me - the credit union takes a much bigger view and genuinely wants to help. Reviewed on: 29th July 2021

Provided a loan when I most needed it

Excellent experience and friendly staff

I have used boom credit union for a number of years, the process is easy and staff are always super helpful and friendly and on hand to answer any queries and this has not changed throughout lockdown, i love that you save as you pay back as i always find it hard to save so this aspect helps me grately Reviewed on: 29th July 2021
