Help for a family member

Boom Community Bank were a huge help for my stepdaughter, at a difficult time for her financially. A mental health crisis at the time led to difficulties with her enjoyment, and consequent financial anxiety. As a result of visiting Boom Community Bank and receiving specific help, she was guided towards a more positive future, and is now back working at her chosen career. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Helpful peopled.

They have always been there for me, if I needed to pay off my overdraft on another account. Also I haave had loansfrom them to help my family and I go see my I'll Mother. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly people. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Customer service is exceptionally great

Customer service is very unique and top notch. The transfer from a previous Berkshire Credit Union was daunting, however turned out very smoothly managed with high level of considerations and professionalism.
