Bradford district credit union loan, is excellent in customer relation, well detailed when asking question from the debitor, nice approach to guide and enlightened about loan and saving, well articulated when saving a client money. A valued borrower

I have twice needed to borrow money in the last 5 yrs or so...first to buy a car so I cld continue my gardening business. (I'm a pensioner, but can't afford to retire). Second...I needed to do upgrades to my house to sell it. BDCU lent me the money with minimum of fuss. I was not made to feel like a criminal or no hoper...which is par for the course with most lenders. And...I like that I save as I borrow. Reviewed on: 5th June 2025

One word.... Excellent!

I have a saving account and purchased a loan, it was the easiest and fastest experience. Thier website and account is very easy to navigate. I feel very satisfied with all staff I have liaised with also. It feels very personal and far away from corporate which I feel is the best way to trust a union with my money.
