My experience of BDCU

My experience with Credit Union has been positive.

My experience with Credit Union has been positive. Like the fact the money can be deducted from payroll before I get it, which means I am able to save easily and the money is not missed as much. Knowing me I would end up spending it and would find it hard to put away. I have had an experience where GDPR was not met, when call was answered only my membership number was taken and all information was disclosed, this was one of the bad experiences I had. On the positive I have always been met with professional and friendly staff who are always more than happy to help. Would like more information which should be readily available such as year end for Credit Union and also when dividends are distributed. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
