Easy great service

I had been using direct line insurance for years thinking they would give me the cheapest deal. After using a comparison site Brightside came in at over £100 cheaper for the same service, I am very pleased with the quick and helpful service I recived. Reviewed on: 5th October 2017

ages to answer calls

Takes a century to answer your call! Once answered they keep putting you on hold to go ask someone for information! Come back, transfer you to a so called relevant department and the call goes straight to voicemail! Happened thrice to me! Reviewed on: 5th October 2017
