Easy to use and very quick and efficient customer service.

I've never had any problems at all. I've always had any questions or issues sorted out very quickly and had very helpful members of staff. The app is very good and covers everything I need so I can usually do what I need to without having to call up. Also the customer service hours are great as there is always someone to speak to and this seems to be quite unique. Great service, great products, great people and my money feels safe. Much better service from NatWest

NatWest has improved its reputation and are definitely fighting for top spot in all awards. I feel this has been vastly improved and I cannot fault the service I receive from a bank with high street branches this means that NatWest have listened to customers like me and done all they can to keep there customers.
