Not helpful

No one i speak to have had a very good experience with brighthouse. Charges too high and if you fall behind they are not helpful at all. Made friends and family fall into debt and financial problems. Since been with another company and know now that brighthouse do not have to act the way they do. Praying on vulnerable people!! Reviewed on: 20th June 2018

Never go here

The hidden interest rates are absolutely disgusting Worse place to go I purchased a cooker from here new in normal shop £350.00 With the interest on the repayments took it to a total of £1500 that's what I paid so avoid at all costs I also purchased a bed and it broke 3 times but had insurance with my product all they did was send someone out to repair it they never gave us a new one as described in insurance policy so avoid these please Reviewed on: 24th May 2017
