Straightforward and easy to contact and speak to.

I was passed on to Brightside as I have an older car and found them very helpful and friendly to communicate with. The price I was given was the lowest on offer this so I have renewed my car insurance with them again this year. Reviewed on: 8th August 2019

1st insurance policy

As a new driver I didn’t know who to turn too when it came to my insurance until a friend recommended me to Brightside. Their customer service is spot on, the online portal especially is a joy to use for any modifications and it gives easy access to my policy documentation.
