Review of the BTCPOP, P2P Bitcoin:

Garish site, but good services.

I joined BtcPop looking for a replacement for a different peer to peer lending site. My first impression was shock at all the bright colors and buttons! Once I adjusted to the garishness, I quickly found that BtcPop has a lot of features my old site didn't offer ranging from savings accounts to IPO investing. There have been glitches and growing pains involved, but so far nothing has caused me to lose money. I guess glitches are the cost of being on a Beta site. Overall, despite the glitches, garishness, and difficulty in navigation, I have been happy with BtcPop and am looking forward to seeing how it grows as it leaves Beta and hits it's stride. Best P2P lending site ever!

Terrible website

I have been trying to actually get btcpop to work for many months now, without luck. Apparently the only way to be able to use the service is to actually get one bill mailed to your home address. For people like me this is very impossible. All my bills are online and any mail that I do get, which is not bills goes to my private mail box. So I am unable to use their service which is pretty severe for a 3x business owner with good credit and even better revenue coming in. The worst part about it, is that they send you off their website to get this impossible "required" verification done which does not offer any kind of proper support nor has any sort of trust to be holding onto the crucial information they are asking for. I honestly feel as though they are a fraud and are trying to steal people's information, there is no other reason they would not have other options in place for elite like myself which is where the true money is to be made. Really inventive

BTCPop is a wonderful P2P platform were it alow´s you to invest/Apply in loan´s (personal and Business), Exchange Altcoin Currency, I.P.O. , share purchase and Investment Accounts all at the click of a button, being one of the most profitable P2P banking out there! Best in Breed

I've been an active member of BTCPOP for about 15 months now. Pop provide's the best Bitcoin P to P platform bar none. I have become friend's with the creator over this period of time and nobody works harder. He is a very driven and customer focused individual. Very poor customer service

I would not recommend Pop for two reasons. Firstly trying to get a reply from then when there are problems is impossible. Emails get left un answered for weeks on end. Then when you do get a reply it is the usual winging about there have had so many support tickets sent that they are snowed under with them and that they only have a small team to answer them. The clue is in the answer if the work load is high that just proves how many people are having issues with the site. As regards to the savings pool that is an absolute joke. They say you get paid interest daily trust me this does not happen it misses days out regularly and I went 10 days without interest being paid. Only for them to sort it out then a few days later it started missing payments again. Come on Pop buck your ideas up. Reviewed on: 20th April 2016

I was one of the original users on the site, I have to this day used bitcoin as an alternative currency to invest in others and also to ask for investment by offering realistic opportunities, the site is really built on trust and with the development Ardeva to try and give added protection to the lender. Through the sites history, they have listened to what the users have wanted and have offered solutions and have employed people to work as a team within the South East of England. Horrible Customer Service/Ongoing Technical Issues

Ever since I joined over 2 years ago they have had numerous technical issues. That is understandable with a growing business dealing with a new technology. However, when I tried to contact customer support through chat I was chastised by a moderator and told to use the support email. When I explained that I had already submitted an email and was awaiting an email confirmation with a ticket number, I was told by the moderator that they had WAY too many tickets to acknowledge them all. You have WAY too many tickets because you keep having numerous technical issues (like money interest not being credited to savings accounts). It is not the customer's problem that you can't keep up with your support tickets so don't make us feel like crap for trying to contact you when our emails go into a black hole. Guess what happens when you ignore our emails....we try to find OTHER ways to contact you creating even MORE work for your staff. If you can't keep up...HIRE more help! I would not recommend this company. Their user interface is way too complicated for the average user also. Website seems too "glitchy" to me to keep money there.
