On fixed % bonds, an early exit (paying of course) should be offered - it allows access in cases of emergency or accessing better rates. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023

I like that it has retained old style customer service (counter service) and values. Good communication both verbal and by post. Staff are friendly and helpful and it is very much a personal service rather than being obliged to use a machine. Reviewed on: 19th April 2023
