By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Value for Money

This is a new way to pay for insurance and I fee a better way. It does require a certain amount of discipline as one needs to estimate the number of miles one is going to drive per month and pay for that on a monthly basis. It does focus the mind on staying within that self imposed limit and so can save gas and wear and tear on the car. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022

Hi i have been with by miles for 2 years now. Best decision made. Not only was most competitive rate, it also ensures your car is tracked. I am not sure why they don't sell such devices to other vehicles (not insured by them). If all cars have non visible tracking device alot of stolen cars can be retrieved. However, it has saved me alot pf money even when i have to pay for each mile i drive. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022
