By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

The fairest & most fit for purpose insurance policy EVER!

I simply love this insurance product for its absolute transparency, fairness and low cost for a low mileage driver like me! For the first time ever, I don’t feel line I’m being ripped off / anxious about fantasy mileage estimates that I either pay more than I need if I do less or risk being un-insured if I do too many . I Like the value added features like tapping into the car diagnostics. I must have recommended it to 20 people at least. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

I took out my car insurance with miles nearly a year ago and they have changed my life when it comes to car insurance. The prices are super value for money, the app is fantastic as I can track my miles and see how much I have used for that month. The monthly payments are fuss free and the set up was so easy! Very sceptical at first with trying something new with a pay per mile scheme but the benefit has been brilliant. To top it off the customer service I received was second to none which I personally value so highly! This insurance is such good value for money, so simple and easy to get started. I really enjoy the app, its clear and informative to use. I appreciate the update on cost for every single journey, it helps me keep everything in check. Checking the ECU for fault codes is a great added bonus too. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
