By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Low cost car insurance

I’ve been with By Miles for three years now. The best thing about it is that my old insurance company we’re charging me nearly £200 to pay monthly but with this 5 star Defacto rated Company I pay a smaller upfront payment & then a monthly payment based on the miles I drive with no fee for credit and with the current pandemic I barely drove for 4 months so I didn’t have much of a monthly bill. upon struggling to fit the device to my car for tracking the milage phoned their customer services who answred right away, they then talked me through it step by step. It was so easy to do. They are definately the cheapest insurance company for me and they have the best customer service by miles. Fortunately i havent had to use them for accidents but with the customer service i recieved when i had a problem fitting the tracker i know i trust this insurance company. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

A Fairer way to pay

You pay for the miles you use. Why pay the same as say Dave who travels 100 miles a day yet you may only travel 10. This is the future of car insurance if you ask me. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
