Great value good customer service

Excellent value for money - top service.

As a low mileage driver I really appreciate the opportunity to pay for my insurance according to the level of risk I pose. It means that I am not subsidising people who drive may thousands of miles more than me. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Such a simple, effective concept.

very good product, which can pay your car insurance based on the miles. It is nice for people who don't use your car every day, like me. When shopping for car insurance, By Miles stood out from the rest simply for the difference in price. No matter what variables I entered in the search engines By Miles was ALWAYS the cheapest option to the point where even with all the extras of breakdown insurance , legal coverage, complimentary car etc were added it was STILL half the price of their competitors. No more over paying for a car stuck on the driveway

Saving on car insurance is everyone's target annually, however, in these unusual times it is more important to save money especially in these times of career uncertainty. Finally I am paying for my car when I actually use it. My wife will be joining when her current insurance expires and I have already recommended to all my friends, family and work colleagues. Brilliant so far :)

By Miles have been great so far! Especially during lockdown as we didn't drive as much as we used to, we saved a significant amount on car insurance. Its great to have a per mile insurance coverage for us. We haven't had to make any claims so far so I wouldn't be able to comment on that aspect of things. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Excellent Simple It works

Honestly the best decision I made to change to ByMiles. I do very little mileage at the moment and being able to pay just for what I use is amazing. The car is protected for an affordable fee then any miles on top are paid monthly. So simple! Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

Excellent and friendly service

Was recommended By Miles by a family member and have been very pleased with the service so far. Was easy to install the tracker (which came in some excellent packaging I have to add) and the app has been easy to use and keep track of. Also appreciated the helpful email during lockdown about getting back on the road and what to watch out for from other drivers. Overall a great experience. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
