Easy to use and perfect for city living

By Miles is great. When I joined By miles it was because my mileage was really low as a result of using pubic transport to get to work and only used my car at the weekend. I now use my car every day, and it is still much cheaper and more convenient than other car insurance companies. By miles Is easy to set up and use, even down to changing your address and adding additional drivers. It’s all on the app, no waiting in line on the phone or paying an admin fee for the changes. Too good to be true

The only car insurance provider that is actually reasonable and downright perfect for low mileage drivers like myself. The original down payment for cover was very low and I am now only charged on a monthly cycle according to the miles I drive. I don't feel restricted in any way either, as my driving behaviour has no bearing on the charges. Furthermore, their customer service has always been nothing short of amazing in my experience. I could believe it when I signed up. Not only then helped me pay what I need to pay for my car insurance, but they actually considered my mileage last year and gave me a lower quote to renew my policy. Traditional car insurance autorenewals are dead. By Miles is the way forward. The team is also so friendly. I only have to drop them a quick line in the chat box and they get back to me very quickly. 7 stars out of 5. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
