By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Every question I asked they answered quickly! also when my tracker arrived the instructions were specific to my car which for me was above and beyond! Best car insurance decision ever made!

I chose By Miles at the start of lockdown and it’s perfect as I haven’t needed to use my car as much and only need to pay when I use it! It’s cheaper than anywhere else and It also makes me think more about driving by getting me to cycle or walk as an alternative, which saves me money and keeps me healthier. Join now! Before joining By Miles i was paying £80+ per month for my car insurance. I only do about 3000 miles a year and thought the cost didn’t justify that, I had never heard of By Miles but was recommended by a friend and it’s amazing! Love the app too Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
