By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Really cheap for comprehensive cover

Superb service

I have been driving since the days when a driving licence came in the form of a little red booklet and so have had many insurance policies over the years and now finally have found one that offers me full comprehensive cover and only charges me for the distance I travel on the road. Too say I have saved money on my previous insurer would be an understatement. The customer service is excellent and when I had trouble fitting the tracking device the online chat soon arranged for an extension cable to enable me to fit the tracker. The service from Bymiles is so good that both my and my wifes car are insured and when I changed my car recently I insured with them without hesitation. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020

First time I've gone with By Miles over your 'traditional' insurance company. Initially had a teething issue whereby the tracker found me to be a couple of miles away BUT.. Contacted By Miles via their intuitive app on my phone and their representative was fantastic, resolving the issue immediately. I feel this is great as some months, if you don't hardly drive then it will cost you less. You only pay for what you drive, I feel this is a good way to insure people at a reasonable price. I will continue to use By Miles as my car insurance dealer. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
