Finally, an insurer that works for me!

As someone who’s working and driving habits changed dramatically during the covid 19 pandemic, it was great to find an insurer that charges, as I use my vehicle. In addition, the customer app and usability of their service is excellent. Reviewed on: 19th August 2022

Great app & service , plus insurance is cheaper :-)

The app is brilliant. As a typical guy who likes stats & numbers, love the timeline so you can easily check mikes, routes and charges. Plus the car locator tool in the dashboard is ace. The BEST insurance for young/new drivers!

ByMiles provides brilliant insurance for young drivers. I passed my driving test over 1 year ago when I was 18 years old so for the first year my insurance cost was huge. I have now taken out insurance with ByMiles and they have saved me hundreds or pounds. Not only is the insurance nearly 3 times cheaper than my previous insurance with ‘MoreThan’, I am also saving loads of money per month, especially for the months I don’t use my car often. Not only that, ByMiles’ app is extremely easy to use and the customer service is great; I have had 1 or 2 questions and they have been answered back very quickly and very well. Great so far

Great app that informs me of the miles I have done, how much the trip has cost and how many miles are left. Contacted customer service once and they were nice and friendly and received a follow up message quite quickly. So far so good and have recommended to friends and family.
