By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I have no complaints about this company or their service. From getting the quote, to fitting the box, using the app, contacting the staff...it’s all been a breeze. The staff are great and responsive. I have spoken about By Miles to everyone I know who drives and will be referring them when their current insurance is up.
