By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

By Miles is great for low mileage drivers. Once taking out a policy, I had the box within 2 days and downloaded the app. The premium was reasonable and I am sent a monthly breakdown of my insurance each month, which is always reasonably priced. Reviewed on: 29th July 2020
