Great service when you need it most!

I went with ByMiles because I live in the city and don't drive very often. By Miles meant I only paid for what I used but when I did, it was a policy I could rely on. I had to unfortunately make use of my policy after my car was stolen. By Miles and Axa made sure the process was quick and transparent. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

Knowing my mileage is reduced this year, I read reviews in quality newspapers about By Miles. after a few enquiries on line with some specific questions. I’ve been insured with this company for just under a year, and it’s been a breeze they’ve got an app to download and it covers all areas and ticks all boxes. I’ve only had to contact them once which was to notify them, that I was taking my tracker out for mechanical purposes and they had it sorted within minutes. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019
