Compared to my many previous Car Insurers By Miles is a breath of fresh air My contract is tailor made to my car usage. I am kept informed regularly of any news that is relevant to me Unlike previous insurers who only ever contacted me to tell me my next years insurance cover had increased in price! When I was offered a quote I didn't quite understood how they worked, but after phoning them and spoke to an excellent team who explained it clearly to me I thought Brill an insurance that cares more for their customers. Now being with ByMiles for a month now I am overwhelmed with the purchase and every conversations I have with friends and family my insurance comes in and I'm forever recommending to them and showing how much each journey is costing me and how much I am saving. ByMiles is an insurance company every other insurers should take notice to. They are doing things right. Thank you ByMiles team I am very greatfull for your excellent customer service skills. Best insurance I've ever had

Ive been driving for around 23years. Taking out insurance is the least enjoyable process of the whole car driving thing. This all changed when I came across Bymiles in March 2019. From the quote through to the after sales service I've had is phenomenal. I don't think Ive ever recommended a company to friends, family and colleagues as much as I have Bymiles! The competitiveness in the price, to the aftersales service is the best Ive ever had. And honestly I'm not exaggerating. All I can say, is well done and carry on what you're doing.
