By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Perfect for low mileage motorists

I've been driving for over fifty years, with some years approaching 50,000 miles a year. Now, I've retired and live in a small town. I can't do without a car entirely, but now use it very little. I found ByMiles by accident, luckily just after I received my latest motor insurance quote. I asked for a quote from ByMiles, and was very impressed. Good price, good Customer Service, I like their app, works well for me quids in when I work away and don’t use my car, I find there approach to car insuring forward thinking and inventive , their way to deal with, been impressed so much I have recommended them to several friends and family. A late discovery

Happened to see a BBC editorial stating millions were paying for insurance to cover small yearly mileage. Checked it out and when my insurance was due changed. Not looked back and still using free miles since April. What’s not to like Reviewed on: 11th September 2019
