Definitely recommended

I'm not the sort of person to usually recommend insurance companies... They were all pretty much the same... but By Miles has changed that for me with their new pricing model. I don't drive much, so they've almost halved the price of my car insurance. I think most people will save with them. Great company

Great app that helps you help track of insurance as its by mile which works out great for drivers who don't do many miles. Also there's a daily cap on the miles for one off long trips which is good. Reviewed on: 19th August 2022

Bad response/slow to reply to problems

Would have been very happy but was asked about previous no claims bonus. Replied with previous insurance name expecting you to contact them. No more until the day of your ending of account. Immediately sent a photo of the above and no reply. Was not sure if I was insured or if I could have it restarting. Didn't have any further information for a week. Very disappointed.. By-Miles is By Far the best insurance company one can ever have, it’s pay as you drive, suitable for someone like me who lives nearby workplace and will only pay a little more when I go for a long trip over the weekends.
