By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

By far the best car insurance company I as a 65 year old have ever used, paid £200 less than my usual insurer, and I'm in line for a refund as I only drive to work or shopping and back, and the app and little car plug in unit are child's play, love it Reviewed on: 19th August 2022

Great way to save money as a new driver

I recently passed my driving test and all insurance options were so expensive. By miles offers a great money saving insurance for new drivers. You pay a set amount for a year and then just pay per mile. I was expecting to pay hundreds more but some months I don’t even have to pay £10. Thank you By miles. Reviewed on: 19th August 2022
