By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Brilliant car insurance!

Only pay insurance when you drive! If you have a car that sits in the driveway, garage or outside the house for days on end or just use it for zipping around local streets then By miles is for you! I only pay when I'm actually using my car - good motivation too to use other more environmentally sound firms if transport - bus, train, walking. I would highly recommend By Miles - easy to join, great user friendly app, up to date communication & saves £££ What more could you want? Reviewed on: 10th September 2019

Just what I needed.

I have been paying a high premium for years and I don't even drive that much. But ever since I have found ByMiles I have saved so much money. Now I just leave it to renew every year because there is just nothing better that caters for my drivig lifestyle. The App itself is a bonus for keeping track of how much a journey is costing and has tons of other features.
