By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Just what I needed.

I have been paying a high premium for years and I don't even drive that much. But ever since I have found ByMiles I have saved so much money. Now I just leave it to renew every year because there is just nothing better that caters for my drivig lifestyle. The App itself is a bonus for keeping track of how much a journey is costing and has tons of other features. A great way to do car insurance

Although not for everyone (people with a high yearly mileage are unlikely to benefit), it's a great way to insure your car if, like me, you're travelling less than 4000 miles a year. That and the addition of the provided tracker/car health check gadget is a big plus, coupled with the smart-phone app it will even remind you where you left your car. Reviewed on: 10th September 2019
