By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

What better way to insure than the amount of miles you drive and therefore manage not only your emissions, but have an insurance price that reflects that through lower risk and monitored driving. Low monthly costs for low monthly mileage.

I only drive a few local miles each year, no commuting or distance miles and my monthly insurance costs with this company are as low as my miles. Brilliant value and excellent customer service

I have been with by Miles since March and everything was simple to set up. The insurance because of how little mileage I do was brilliant. It's literally half of what all other insurers were quoting me. And with the new system to change car in place, it makes transferring my insurance to my new car so easy and it's explained so simply!
